Turn the handle and check
whether the temperature is
controlled properly and whether
there is an unusual noise.

In such a case where the temperature is not
controlled properly or there is an unusual noise,
the thermal parts may be defective.

Is the basin steady ?

Carefully push the front end of the
basin, and check that there is
steady.

It may cause the product fell down, leading to
injury.

Is the basin wet with
water?

Is the installation
surface of the basin
unit wet with water?

Does the faucet work
properly?

Check that the outside surface of
the basin is not wet with water.

Check that the area around the
installation surface of the basin is
not wet with water.

Throw the faucet handle lever
forward, check that the water
stops properly.
※ An unusual gushing sound may be
emitted as water flows.(see page 11)

It may cause that the dirt will not come out.
Wipe off water adhering to the outside surface of
the basin immediately.

If water is leaking from the pipes, the pipes or
packing may be worn, degraded or damaged.
Close the stop valves in the water supply pipe
and hot water supply pipe, and stop using the
product immediately.

In such a case where the water do not turn off
completely or there is an unusual noise,
the water adjustment parts may be defective.

Does water come out
from the shower head
properly?

Turn on the faucet to provide
hot/cold water, visually check
whether water comes out from the
shower head properly.

Remove the water sprinkling plate
of the shower head and check it
for dirt,
such as water scale.

If water leaks from the bottom even after the
shower head and the hoses are re-tightened,
the packing materials inside may deteriorate.

Remove dirt, such as water scale, using a
toothbrush etc. and clean it.
If it is left as is, clogging occurs and water in the
shower mode may not come out normally.

Does the plating of the
faucet handle come
off ?

Visually check the appearance of
the faucet handles for fraws,
cracks, or separation of plating
on the plated surfaced surface.

Flaws, cracks, or separation of the plating may
cause hand injuries.

During operation or maintenance,
check whether there is any stuck
or a feeling of strangeness.

Inspect the product every day
To ensure that this product can be used for a long period of time, conduct the inspections below.
