Neck cusion
To reverse the chair,
support the customer's head and place it gently onto the neck cushion.
If their face is not in a horizontal position,
instruct the customer to slide forward or backward and make minor
adjustments.
Provide a shampoo service from the side of the basin.

operation manual of the chair.

Support the customer's head by hand when lowering the
backrest.
