Tilt the chair to one side to spread a mat
underneath to prevent damage to the floor.

Do not move the chair with a person seated on it. Failure to comply may cause the
equipment to topple over, resulting in damage to it or an accidental fall.

When required to lift up and move the chair, be sure to lock the chair base and carry
the chair by two persons holding the base. Never attempt to carry the chair by holding
only its main body. Failure to comply may cause the bottom section (chair base) to be
dislodged and fall off, resulting in serious injury.
Also carefully avoid touching the bottom
side of the seat or that of either armrest.
Contact with the rough metal surface
may result in cuts to the hand or
fingers.

Never attempt to drag and move the chair without a mat spread underneath it.
Failure to comply may cause damage to the floor or a malfunction or damage to the
