Our 150W heater-integrated type tip enables balance of 

accurate tip temperature and good running cost. The 

effect of direct heat from the heater is eliminated by 

reducing sensor size. The rise time and heat recovery time 

of the tip are greatly reduced by winding the heater in a 

coil shape without gaps and placing a small sensor near 

the tip of the iron tip.

•  Flexible production according to your needs by the in-house 

production of the tip.

•  N2 gas can also be used with this system.
