The oven is composed of the following components:

COOKING CHAMBER (7)

The cooking chamber is built entirely out of stainless steel, is hermetically sealed and adapted to contain the

steam. It's enclosed in a thick thermal insulation. Inside the cooking chamber, in the upper part, the carriage

rotation shaft is positioned. The shaft can be provided with a hook, lifting device or turntable. The vaporizer is

placed in the rear part of the cooking chamber. It consists of overlapping cast iron elements . The adjustable

hot air output louvres are positioned on the right side of the vaporiser, while the air return pipe is located on

the left side.

The combustion chamber(15) is located in the rear part of the oven, behind the cooking chamber,(or coil

housing). The cooking chamber is equipped with a gas or diesel burner (16).
