Qualifications
Providing engineering services and solutions
for our national defense and homeland security
is a responsibility that we don't take lightly.
TAG is a recognized industry leader in
developing defense technologies and
advanced electronics that support some of the
most complex solutions for battlespace
information networks and management
systems in the world.
Our customers depend on our expertise to
translate functional requirements and
performance objectives into specific design
criteria for individual elements and sub-
systems that comprise larger mission critical
systems. For more than twenty years, we have
dedicated our experience in engineering to the
design of innovative rugged solutions for
military and government, and to providing a
wide range of enterprise services and
Information Assurance in support of the
Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA)
Net-Centric initiatives.
2.2.2 Core
Competencies
TAG designs, manufactures, and supports
advanced communications electronics as well
as integrates, operates, and supports the users
of defense communication and information
networks for several technology programs in
the United States and abroad. TAG has two
operating segments consisting of the Tactical
Systems and Information and Engineering
Services business units;
Tactical Systems provides mechanical,
electrical, and thermal engineering for the
design and development of MIL-STD certified
electronic data enabled systems that are built
for in-theater survivability and communication
capability over joint enterprise platforms such
