Receiving calls at an off-site remote destination
If your remote destination is located outside the enterprise (connected to the
PSTN or public cellular network), you can answer all your incoming calls from
your remote destination.
Note:
Your remote off-site (non-Coral) phone is activated as a part of the
Coral system only after a FlexiCall call is picked up at that phone.
When your telephone rings:
Answer the FlexiCall call as you would answer a regular call
(see your remote phone user guide).
Once you have answered a FlexiCall call at your remote destination, the
following options are available:

Place a new call

Your original conversing party will be disconnected.
You will hear a dial tone indicating that you can place a call to a new contact.
If your new contact has an external number, the number should be preceded
by the outside line access code.
Transfer call

A dial tone prompts you to enter the required transfer number.
Transfer can be screened or unscreened.
To return to the original conversing party (when the transfer destination is
busy or does not answer) dial

again.
