Problem Recommended Solution
Controller
unit does
not function,
and the LOW
pressure
LED light is
blinking.
The controller unit was unable to produce or maintain
pressure in any of the garment chambers .
1 . Power down the device . If able, disconnect the garment
from the controller unit and then reconnect again .
Power up the device by pressing the ON/OFF button .
Restart the therapy session by pressing the START/
PAUSE button .
2 . Please call Customer Service

the MEDIUM
pressure
LED light is
blinking.
The controller unit was unable to release pressure from the
system .
1 . Power down the device . If able, disconnect the garment
