6 Hydraulic applications
6.1 Hydraulic variant 1
Fresh water station
The flow rate FLOW and the inlet tempera-
ture TKW into the heat exchanger and the
outlet temperature TWW out of the heat
exchanger are measured. The goal is to
reach the set temperature on the TWW sen-
sor at the heat exchanger outlet and to hold
it.
For this purpose, the heat supply is control-
led on the primary side via the FRIWA pump
with a speed controller, which attempts to
reach the set point on the TWW sensor and
to hold it.
*) The TPV supply sensor for the plate heat
exchanger optimizes the fresh-water control
since the temperature of the heat source is
included in the formation of the control varia-
ble for the primary pump.
