Other operations during a call
• While you are on a call, you can press the Home or Back key to
return to the Home screen and use other functions. If you need to
return to the calling screen, flick the notifications bar down and
touch Current call.
• During a call, you can touch the Dialpad tab and flick up to open
the Dialpad. If you don't do any dialling for a while, the screen will
automatically lock to avoid you pressing buttons accidentally. To
unlock the screen, just touch the icon on the screen twice.
To make a conference call
If you accept a new call when you are already on a call, you can merge
the two calls into a single conference call. You can also set up a
conference call with multiple callers.
Note: Contact your wireless service provider to learn whether they
support conference calls and how many participants you can add.
1. While you are on a call, press the MENU button, and then touch
Add call.
2. Enter the phone number of the person you want to join the
conversation and press the Send key, or select someone from your
Call log or Contacts. The first call is automatically put on hold.
