The

buttons can be used to select either 'on' or 'off'. If 'on' is selected then the codec
will automatically detect the format of the incoming audio; Mono/Stereo, 3.7KHz / 7.5KHz /
15KHz, 64Kbps/56Kbps, and re-configure its mode to match. The re-configuration is for the
duration of the incoming call, the C300xr codec will revert back to the original configuration
when the call is terminated.

Silence Timeout (Dial on Audio)

The

button is used to edit the Silence Timeout period associated with the Dial On Audio
mode of operation. The display changes as follows:
EDIT : Silence Timeout
STATUS: 1 minute
The

and
V
buttons can be used to change the Silence Timeout period in multiples of 1
minute, up to a maximum of 8 minutes. The Patch Function must be set to Dial On Audio for
the Silence Timeout period to be active.
