PRE-START CHECK LIST
ELECTRICAL CHECK
Electrical installation has been carried out according to unit wiring diagram and the Supply Authority

All cables are properly identified and tight connected at the unit.

Clearances around unit including outdoor air entry and discharge openings and service accesses.

For loose or missing bolts or screws.

For refrigerant leaks in connections and components.

DUCTING
Connections flexible type, secure and detachable for service access.

Check that the Biloc Sheaves on both the blower shaft and the motor schaft are correctly fitted to the

Ensure that the motor is securely bolted to the mounting plate parallel to the blower shaft.

Using a string line or straight edge ensure that both pulley grooves are correctly aligned.

Improper alignment of the pulleys and belt may cause vibration in the blower drive and result in

premature wear and noise.
