This section provides troubleshooting methods for incorrect settings, fault communications paths, and
high NA Unit loads.



Direct Connection with USB Port

Troubleshooting Incorrect Settings and Faulty Communications
Path

Sysmac Studio cannot connect

to the NA Unit.

Turn ON the power supply to the
NA Unit.

Insert the USB cable connectors all
the way at the computer and NA Unit.

Communications Setup of the Sysmac Studio.
