Troubleshooting
Device is not working:
1.
See if green LED on side of Sphere is
illuminated.
2.
Ensure that the front cover is properly
attached to the Sphere. Device will not
function when the cover is removed.
3.
Verify that the power cord is fully
inserted into the back of the Sphere
device (plug must be inserted firmly
to be fully seated).
4.
Ensure device is plugged into a wall
outlet.
5.
Make sure power switch is turned
to the ON position. Note: Power switch
is located on the back of the Sphere,
next to where the power cord attaches.
6.
If device does not power on, switch
off, disconnect power cord from
outlet and back of device. Squeeze
tabs and slide out fuse tray (located
next to where the power cord plugs
into the back of the Sphere).
7.
Inspect the fuse. If broken, swap
out with the spare fuse, also located
in the tray. Fully re-insert cord into
back and plug into outlet. Turn power
switch to ON position.
