3. In the Public network settings menu:
a. Set Static Mode to 1 (see set Static Mode, page 12).
b. Set NAPT Mode to 0 (see set NAPT Mode, page 12).
c. Select 3 to access the set cradle IP address prompt.
Enter the new cradle IP Address, at the prompt.
d. Select 4 to access the set Router IP address prompt.
Enter the new internet gateway IP address, at the
prompt.
e. Select options 5 to access the first set the DNS IP
addresses prompt.
Enter the first new DNS IP addresses, at the prompt.

Select options 6 to access the second set the DNS IP
addresses prompt.
Enter the second new DNS IP addresses, at the prompt.
g. Select option 7 to access the set the first WINS IP
addresses prompt. This is required for ActiveSync to
function properly.

h. Select option 8 to access the set the second WINS IP
addresses prompt.

Select 9 to access the set the correct subnet mask IP
addresses prompt.

Select A to access the Terminal 1 IP addresses prompt.
