Configuring email filtering

Managing Email Firewall policies

■

After the header, each line contains exactly one attribute, along with a
corresponding pattern.

■

Empty lines or white spaces are not allowed.

■

Lines beginning with # are ignored.

■

Entries terminating with the colon-dash pattern (

:-

) are disabled; entries

terminating with the colon-plus pattern (

:+

) are enabled; entries with

neither set of terminating symbols are enabled.

To populate the list, specify an attribute, which is followed by a pattern. In the
following example, a list of attributes and patterns follows the LDIF header. See

Table 4-13

for an explanation of the attribute codes.
