Copies of misidentified messages aren't delivered to
administrator

If you typed an email address in the Administrator box under Misidentified
Messages on the Quarantine Settings page but messages aren't delivered to the
email address, make sure the email address is not an email alias. The administrator
email address for misidentified messages must be a primary email address
including the domain name, such as

[email protected]

.

Message "Unable to release the message" is displayed

This message may occur if there is a problem with message traffic on your inbound
or outbound MTA.
