Resetting the Wi-Fi relay switch
The relay switch can only be reset if it is connected to the mains voltage and is in operation.
a) Resetting the Wi-Fi relay switch with the connected switch
Using the connected switch is the easiest way to reset the relay switch.
• Press the switch on the “
K1
” or “
K2
” terminal 10 times within 10 seconds.
If you are using the toggle switch, switch it on and off 10 times.

The blue LED goes out briefly and then flashes either quickly or slowly. With the relay switch
previously configured, the blue LED will flash quickly during the first reset. This means that
the relay switch is in “
EZ mode
” (recommended default mode for configuration).
• To reset the relay switch again, press it 10 times again within 10 seconds. In this case, the
blue LED flashes slowly and the relay switch is in “
AP mode
”.
• The mode is changed each time you press the switch 10 times.
b) Resetting the Wi-Fi relay switch in the app
• First open the operating side of the relay switch.
• Then open the settings (pencil icon at the top right).
• Swipe all the way down and tap the button with the red lettering to delete the device.
• To completely reset the relay switch, select the button with the option to delete all data.

Confirm the reset again.
• The relay switch is now reset and in “
EZ mode
”. It will also be removed from the app.
c) Resetting the Wi-Fi relay switch on the device
Caution, high voltage! There is a risk of fatal electric shock! Be sure to follow
the “Safety information” section.

Keep the button on the top of the relay switch pressed until the blue LED flashes quickly.
Release the button.
The relay switch is now reset and in “
EZ mode
” (recommended default mode for configuration).
• In order to reset the relay switch and set it to “
AP mode
”, keep the button on the top of the
relay switch pressed until the blue LED flashes slowly.
Release the button.
The relay switch is now reset and in “
AP mode
”. This mode is specially designed for
cases where configuration fails in default mode. In the app, switch to “
AP mode
” during
configuration to be guided through the configuration process.
Care and cleaning
The product does not require any maintenance and should never be opened or dissembled for
any reason. Leave maintenance or repair work to an expert.
