Switching the loudspeaker in the handset off
The handset’s ringing tone can be switched off. Activate Standby
mode and proceed as follows:

Searching for the handset (Paging)
If you have mislaid your handset, you can locate it again with the aid
of a search (paging) tone.

Deactivate the paging tone
The paging tone continues to ring for 60 seconds if not stop-
ped manually beforehand.
If a call is received while paging, the paging tone is stopped
and the phone rings normally.
Key lock
The key lock feature prevents functions assigned to buttons being
activated accidentally.
