1. Press the softkey under NAMES . Scroll to the desired entry and press the softkey under
OPTIONS .

Deleting phonebook entries/the entire phonebook
1. Press the softkey under NAMES . Press the softkey under OPTIONS .

DELETE ENTRY
or
DELETE ALL
, confirm with OK .
Copying entries/the entire local phonebook to the central phonebook
You can copy individual entries or the entire phonebook from every handset registered to
your base to the central phonebook in the base.
1. Press the softkey under NAMES .
2. To copy entries from the local phonebook to the central phonebook:
Scroll to the desired entry, press the softkey under OPTIONS . Select
COPY ENTRY
, con-
firm with OK .
To copy the entire local phonebook to the central phonebook:
Press the softkey under OPTIONS . Scroll down using the navigation key and select
COPY PHONEBOOK
