If the motor stops or struggles to start immediately turn the mixer off and
inspect the dough. It is probably too heavy
•
Do not use the appliance for more than 7-8 consecutive minutes
TIPS
For a good result it’s necessary to respect some basic rules. Here are some tips
which can be applied to most of the recipes you’re going to prepare.
•
Always use clean accessories; when beating egg whites, even a small grease
residue could prevent a good result.
•
When using eggs, make sure they’re very fresh and at ambient temperature.
•
Slice/dice/soften ingredients like butter or margarine to ease their process-
ing.
•
Add the ingredients to the dough delicately, in order to not unduly interrupt the
performed processing.
•
Start processing at speed “1” to amalgamate the ingredients, to avoid liquid
splashes, then gradually increase speed according to the type of processing
being done
•
Do not exceed the maximum advised capacities or running times.

ENSURE THE OPTIONAL MEAT GRINDER ACCESSORY IS
NOT ATTACHED TO THE APPLIANCE WHEN IT IS BEING
