14. FAQs
The remote control doesn´t work.
Please make sure the batteries are properly installed and charged.
Audio signal is disabled.
Make sure the “Mute” option is not enabled.
Check in “Setup” menu if you have selected the correct audio output connection.
If you are playing a file with several audio channels please check you have selected the correct audio channel.
Press “Audio” button of the remote control to find the correct audio channel.
My TV doesn´t show signal.
Please make sure the TV and your SPM100 are powered on.
Check if the SPM100 is properly connected to the TV.
Check if the output signal selected in the device matchs with the way you have connected it to the TV. Press “Video” button
to choose between the different signal outputs.
I can not access to the external USB devices.
Check if the connection is properly done.
If you are using a memory stick please make sure it is not protected.
If you are using an external hard disk please make sure it receives power supply enough. If it doesn´t, please connect it
to the power outlet.
Make sure if the device is formatted in FAT16/32 or NTFS.
