1. Jiggle valve
: Jiggle valve on the thermostat must be set upward.
“B”: Clamp end should face downward “I”: Clamp screw head should face
backward.
2. Reservoir tank inlet hose
: Pass the reservoir tank inlet hose between the
frame and radiator outlet hose.
“C”: Red marking “J”: Clamp screw head should face
forward left side.
3. Clamp “D”: White marking “K”: Insert the hose to the stopper.
4. Protection tape “E”: Clamp screw head should face
upward.
“L”: Clamp end should face upward.
5. Clamp
: Clamp the reservoir tank inlet hose with the clamp.
“F”: Clamp screw head should face left
side.
“M”: Clamp end should face backward.
6. Fuel tank breather hose (Except for E-33) “G”: Yellow marking “N”: Clamp screw head should face
backward left side.
“A”: Marking position “H”: Clamp end should face left side. “a”: Keep clearance.
