User's manual

TECHNICAL DATA

fastened to the machined curved seats of the
base casting.
We suggest the customer purchase an ad-
ditional cutterhead assembly complete with
bearings and housings. The extra cutterhead
assembly is necessary. To keep the machine in
operation when the original cutterhead is sent
back to the factory for repairs, such as, replace-
ment of bearings, grinding and resetting the
knives. The additional cost of an extra cutter-
head assembly is justified when maximum pro-
duction of high quality type work is required.
When mounting the cutterhead to the base
casting of the jointer, be sure the machined
curved seats of the base casting are cleaned
free from any dust, dirt, or grease to obtain a
good tight fit.
