In Fig 8, the canvas comes off the spring-
tensioned roller in the direction of the arrows.
Preload the roller several revolutions by
rotating the canvas and roller in the same
direction that the canvas comes off the roller
(in the direction of the arrows) and zipper to
outer crossbar. Do as many revolutions as
necessary to make sure that the canvas is taut.
