Punch In/Out
Use the Punch In/Out feature to replace a section of a
performance with a new performance (correct mistakes).
1. Press the TRACK SELECT button to select a track.
2. If you have already set your Punch In/Out points,
proceed to step 6. If not, press the PLAY/PAUSE
button to start playback.
3. Press the LOOP button during playback to view the
LOOP setting menu.
4. Press FUNCTION ADJUST #1 (4A) during playback to
set the punch-in point.
5. Press FUNCTION ADJUST #2 (4B) during playback
to set the punch-out point. Loop Playback will be
started at point A automatically.
※
To facilitate smooth transitions between
the original track and your newly recorded
punch-in, it is recommended you set your
punch-in/out points several seconds before
and after the section that needs to be
replaced. Rather than attempting to replace
individual missed notes, try outlining larger
phrases when using Punch In/Out.
