Editing
8. You can fine-adjust the first Trim point by turning
FUNCTION ADJUST #1 (4A). Fine-adjust the second
Trim point by turning FUNCTION ADJUST #2 (4B).
9. Press the ENTER to trim the track.
The new file will be placed in the same folder as the
original track. The new file will be named according to
the following format:
Original file
= ‘TrackA.wav’
Trimmed file
= ‘TrackA_001.wav’
A progress bar is displayed during the Trim procedure.
Do not power off until the procedure is complete. If
power is interrupted during the Trim operation, the
new file may be lost.
Edit Track Information
Whenever a file is selected in the Track Select screen
or the Normal screen, simply press ENTER to view Track
Information.
The following information is stored with each file: Title,
Artist, Album, Genre, Format, Recording Date & Time,
Track Length, Channel Number, Sampling Rate, and Bit
Number/Bit Rate.
Follow these steps to edit a track’s Title, Artist, Album,
and Genre information:
1. Press the TRACK SELECT button to open the Track
Select [Folder] screen.

2. Turn the jog wheel or move the joystick up or down
to highlight the file you wish to edit
3. Press ENTER to view the file’s track information.
4. Press the EDIT button to begin editing track
information.
Title/Artist/Album
1. From the Track Information Edit screen, turn the jog
wheel or move the joystick up or down to highlight
Title. Press the EDIT button to change the title.
