panel connections.

When installing a UIO riser card that contains two PCI-E slots (such as Super-
micro's RSC-R1UU-2E8 and RSC-R1UU-UE8), please note that the lower slot
supports both PCI-E 2.0 and PCI-E 1.1; however, the upper slot only supports
PCI-E 1.1
