Introduction to the 6023P-8R/6023P-8

Overview

The Supermicro SuperServer 6023P-8R/6023P-8 is a high-end dual proces-

sor, 2U rackmount server that features some of the most advanced technol-

ogy currently available. The SuperServer 6023P-8R/6023P-8 is comprised

of two main subsystems: the SC822S 1U rackmount chassis and the X5DP8-

G2 dual Xeon processor mainboard. Please refer to our web site for infor-

mation on operating systems that have been certified for use with the

SuperServer 6023P-8R/6023P-8. (www.supermicro.com)

In addition to the mainboard and chassis, various hardware components

may have been included with your SuperServer 6023P-8R/6023P-8, as

listed below:
