6-2 Rotating the Hard Drive Cage

In order to access and install components in the chassis interior, it is necessary to

rotate the hard drive cage. This will provide suffi cient room to install and confi gure

the chassis components. The side chassis panels must be removed to access the

inside of the chassis - refer to Chapter 2 for instructions on removing the panels.

Rotating the Hard Drive Cage

1. Disconnect the chassis from any power source.

2. Lift the release tab (A).

3. Rotate the hard disk drive cage (B) outward.
