Chapter 6: Rack Installation
Mid-Mount Telco Rack
The SC512F.supports Telco Rack installation. The SC512F chassis compact design
allows the chassis to be installed into a Telco rack without the use of rails.
Installing the chassis into a rack in Mid-Mount position
1. In necessary, remove the chassis rails and the chassis ears (if the ears are
installed at the front of the chassis).
2. Locate the three screw holes in the middle of the chassis and secure the ears
to the chassis with three fl at head screws. Make sure the screws are secure,
but do not over tighten the screws.
