TDC Enable
Enable or Disables TDC (Thermal Design Current). The options are
Enabled or
Disabled .
TDC Current Limit
The TDC Current Limit is defined in 1/8A (Amperes) increments
and uses the BIOS mailbox command 0x1A. A value of 1000 equals
125A. Range is 0-32767. Enter
0 for 0 Amps.
TDC Time Window
The TDC Time Window is defined in milliseconds. Range is 1-8ms
and 10ms. Note that 9ms has no valid encoding in the MSR defini
-
tion. The options are 1ms , 2ms, 3ms, 4ms, 5ms, 6ms, 7ms, 8ms
and 10ms.
TDC Lock
Enable or Disables TDC Lock. The options are Enabled or Disabled .
VR Mailbox Command options
This feature controls VR Mailbox Commands. Use the key-
board number pad to enter a value. The values represent:
1) MPS VR Cmd; 2) PS4 Exit VR Cmd; 4) MPS VR Decay Cmd
Multiple commands may be entered by using the sum of multiple
values, for example '6' would issue option (2)
and (4).
Platform PL1 Enable
This feature enables Platform Power Limit 1 programming. The options
are
Disabled or Enabled.
Platform PL2 Enable
This feature enables Platform Power Limit 1 programming. The options
are
Disabled or Enabled.
Power Limit 4 Override
This feature enables Power Limit 4 override. The options are Disabled
or Enabled.
C states
This feature enables CPU Power Management, which allows the CPU
to enter other power states when not being fully utilized. The options
are Disabled or
Enabled .
