2.4 Memory Support and Installation

Note

: Check the Supermicro website for recommended memory modules.

Important:

Exercise extreme care when installing or removing DIMM modules to pre-

vent any possible damage.

Memory Support

The X12SCZ-TLN4F/F supports up to 128GB of ECC or Non-ECC DDR4 UDIMM memory
with speeds of up to 2933MHz in four memory slots. The X12SCZ-QF does not support
ECC memory. Refer to the tables below for the recommended DIMM population order and
additional memory information.
