Motherboard Connections
This section describes the connections on the motherboard and provides pinout definitions.
Note that depending on how the system is configured, not all connections are required. The
LEDs on the motherboard are also described here. A serverboard layout indicating component
locations may be found in Appendix B.
Please review the Safety Precautions in Chapter 3 before installing or removing components.
4.1 Power Connections
There are two power connections on the X11SPG-TF.
•
20-pin Primary ATX Power (JPWR5)
•
8-pin Power Connector for GPU (JPWR6)
Main ATX Power Connector
The 20-pin main power connector (JPWR5) is used to provide power to the motherboard. This
power connector meets the SSI EPS 12V specification. See the table below for pin definitions.
