Solved when using software >2.5.0
App can’t find the Li-ion battery
Make sure the Li-ion battery is not in
sleep / storage mode. Li-ion batteries
using older software (<2.5.0) are
susceptible for having connection
issues. Try resetting the Li-ion battery
by using the sleep button attached to
connector J2.
Touch display
errors
Touch display show CAN error
Ensure the dip switch is set correctly
(1 down, 2 up, 3 down). Make sure the
CAN bus is terminated by the orange
terminator.
Touch display doesn’t show all
batteries in bank but does not show an
error
Go to the settings menu and press
‘Start scan’.
