Edit the channel
classification. The name of
the channel classification
can be up to 8
alphanumeric characters:
•
Press or to scroll
through the characters
(from A-Z, 0-9, and the
space key).
Note:
Press and hold or
to quickly scroll through the
characters.
•
Press or to move to
the previous or next
character. When
selected, the character
blinks.
•
Press
to confirm the
entry.
•
Press to exit to the
device menu.
After you have set up the channel classification, press any
channel classification (e.g., “NEWS”) to open the channel
classification screen. Using the CH+ and CH- to scroll
through all channels stored in this channel classification .
Press that channel classification (e.g., “NEWS”) again to
exit the channel classification screen.
Using the Transmission Feature
The SRC-3810 can transmit data to another SRC-3810
or to a PC with the optional USB-UART cable. You can
download firmware upgrades from the Internet or
transfer configuration data.
Enter the setup menus, scroll to TRANS and press
to
enter the transmission menu.
