I. LENGTH ADJUSTABLE ARMREST PADS
Forward or Rearward Placement
a. Using a 5mm hex key, remove both armpad screws (A).
b. Move the armrest to the desired location forward (B) or back. (C)
c. Replace the screws.
d. Check to make sure the adjustment does not remove important support from the fore-
arms of the rider.
J. TENSION ADJUSTABLE UPHOLSTERY
WARNING
To prevent injury if you are using tension adjustable upholstery, have your Premium Retailer
adjust it for you. Loosen straps or remove upholstery prior to folding or unfolding the chair.
The Tension Adjustable Upholstery is designed to follow the contour of the back of the end user
and provide beneficial trunk control.
1. Contour Adjustment

The tension adjustable upholstery is in the rear of your backrest, you can reveal it by
pulling up on the back cover (D) as shown
b. For a tighter fit, pull the tensioning straps (E) inward to increase the tension and lift the tab
of the tension lock buckle to release it.
c. You can adjust the upholstery to conform with the user’s anatomy. Release the tension on
all the straps, and then adjust them one at a time, starting from bottom.
d. These adjustments should be done with the user sitting in the chair.
K. STANDARD AND LOW FRONT SEAT HEIGHTS
The Breezy Elegance wheelchair can be easily changed from standard to low seat heights by mak-
ing a few simple adjustments.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A front caster angle-adjustment should be made to correspond with any change
in seat height.
1. Standard Front Seat Height
To achieve a standard front seat height, position the front casters (F) and rear wheels (G)
in the bottom frame and fork settings.
2. Low Front Seat Height
To achieve a lower front seat height, position the front casters and rear wheels in the top
frame and fork settings.
L. SEAT SLING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT
The seat sling can be adjusted through the use of VELCRO
®
-style retaining material beneath the
seat.
Seat Sling Tension Adjustment
a. Remove the seat rail caps (H) and slide the seat sling out of the rails.
b. Readjust VELCRO®-style material to increase the tension in the seat sling. (I).
c. Replace the seat sling and re-insert the rail caps.
