11. DevicePort Control Center utility initialization fails.
Answer:
It may cause by communicating time-gap between PC’s Ethernet driver and
DevicePort® driver. DevicePort® Control Center utility does not initialize successfully
when PC system booting.
However, you still can execute DevicePort® Control Center program from this link:
C:\Program Files\SUNIX\DevicePort\ DevicePortControlCenter.exe
If above error message always happen when your PC booting, please try to update
your Ethernet card’s driver from NIC (Network interface controller) vendor. Or you could
send your PC system and NIC information to us to get help.
