12. Assemble the plate by fastening the four screws.
13. The inverter can be put into the application again.
Replacing the Fuses
For optional version inverter, it is necessary to replace the blow out fuses due to
overcurrent.
To do so, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect AC circuit breaker.
2. Turn off the upstream DC circuit break or cover the PV arrays with opaque
materials. Rotate DC switch at the side of inverter to the “OFF” position.
3. Wait for at least ten minutes.
4. Open the combiner unit as described in section “8 Disconnecting,
Dismantling and Disposing the Inverter”.
5. Check, using a multimeter, the assignment and conductivity of the fuse. A
fault occurs to the related fuse if it is non-conductive.
6. Check the fault fuse by installer. New fuse can be ordered from Sungrow.
7. Remove the fuse puller by pulling the handle and replace the blown out fuse.
8. Insert the fuse puller into the fuse holder.
9. Close the inverter and restart the inverter.
Clean Air Inlet and Outlet
A huge amount of heat is generated in the process of running the inverter. The
inverter adopts a controlled forced-air cooling method.
In order to maintain good ventilation, please check whether there is anything
blocking the air inlet and outlet.
Clean the air inlet and outlet with soft brush or vacuum cleaner if necessary.
