Chapter 10

Configuring the Server for

Performance

This chapter is intended for advanced administrators only. Be cautious when 
you tune your server. Do not change any values except in exceptional 
circumstances. Read this chapter and other relevant server documentation 
before making any changes. Always backup your configuration files first. 

Note

Some internal Enterprise Server 4.0 tuning parameters are different from those 
in previous versions of Netscape Enterprise Server.
