Motor Power Interlock Clearing MAP

Replace robotics controller
(see “Robotics Controller
PWA” on page 145). Retest
OK?

1.M5V on Tp2 of robotics

controller, 5.05V and
+5.15V?

2.M12V on output side of F3 of

robotics controller, b11.5V
and +12.5V?

1. Check stop switch.
2. Check front door.
3. Check +5V,+12V.
4. Check microprocessor fault LED.
5. Check PC power good signal.

Replace PC power supply and adjust (see
“PC Logic Power Supply Assembly” on
page 151).

Stop LED is illuminated on control
panel?

Depress stop switch.

Verify AC power is on.

Door open LED is illuminated on robotics
controller?
