2) Needle Maintenance
Check the probes, including sample probe and reagent probe, whether there is blocking
needle phenomenon. Check the steps are as follows:
Place a 25 ml empty bottle in the reagent area and enter the debugging software.
In the "Components" tab, set the syringe water spray experiment parameters. And pray water
test time is set to 3s, followed by testing the sample needle and reagent needle water spray. Follow
the software instructions to move the sample needle (or reagent needle) above the empty bottle.
Decrease the depth of the needle tip from the bottle about 30mm. In this way water spray can be
easily observed.
Observe the water column. If the water column thickness consistent with the tip thickness, and
the water vertical jetted, then add the needle unobstructed. Otherwise, if the water column is too
thin, or skewed and other anomalies, that means the needle is blocked, and it need be cleaned.
Use the "needle" in the attachment to repeat the needle. Spray experiments again until the
sample is unobstructed.
After soaking 75% medicated alcohol with gauze or tissue paper, wipe the applicator from top
to bottom. Enter the "Maintence" interface of the software and run the "Rinse left needle" and
"Rinse right needle" respectively to perform a basic maintenance on the sample needles.
3) Pipeline Maintenance
Open the maintenance window on the right side of the instrument, and check if there is any leakage
of one pump, inlet pump, drain pump and solenoid valve is loose at the pipe connection. Use a cable tie
if they are loose.
Attention! When doing the sample needle spray experiment, 25ml empty bottles should be
placed in the middle reagent area. When doing the reagent needle spray experiment, 25ml
empty bottle should be placed in the active reagent area.
