Amount
Set sample loading according to the test item and reagent’s requirement.
When the sample is pre-diluted one, set it to the total quantity of diluted sample.
Incubation Time
When added as the sample to be added to the last intermediate reagent, the temperature incuba-
tion time need to be set.
When add specimen and active reagent, set it to 0.
Cleansing Time
Set the cleansing time after sample load. This value is determined by experience. Set it according
to carry pollution rate experiment.
Special Cleansing
Set the cleansing time according to the test items and reagents’ requirements. Shut this function
when it is set to “0”
Mix
Set the mix function according to the test items and reagents’ requirements. Mix after loading by the
way of stiring and aspirating and discharging.
Select “aspirating and discharging”
Mix time: After aspirating and discharging a completed calculation process, count one.
Mix amount: Each time mixing, load and spit mixing material solut
ion capacity, in unit of "μl"
Magnitude: Arm swing amplitude, set the value for the motor running steps;
Frequency: Arm swing frequency.
Set the corresponding parameters, click "Save.
The newly added process is displayed on the last line.
2) Modify the test process
If you need to insert the pre-process, you should modify the test process. Double-click the test to be
modified, and then modify the corresponding parameters in the pop-up "Process Definition" dialog box.
Click "Save.
3) Delete the test process
Select the process you want to delete, click "delete".
Attention! When you set the blending function, you need an engineer to help finish it.
