The power circuit is directly connected to the three-phased mains
voltage.
If there are faults on the main motor or specimen holder motor refer
to the following:
Use the "Power-Circuit-Diagram" and "Wiring Diagram". The wires
for this circuit are easily found as they are all
black and have white
numerals - as also stated on the two above-mentioned diagrams.
Manual activation of contact K1, K2 or K3 with an insulated object
will immediately disclose whether the faults are in the operating
circuit.
The operating circuit is equipped with 24 V from transformer T1, the
primary winding of which is connected to two of the mains phases.
If there are faults on:
Contacts K1, K2, K3 or magnetic valves Y1, Y2, Y3 or activating
contacts S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 (See 8.2.3), refer to "24 V Control
Voltage Diagram" and "Wiring Diagram".
The wires in this circuit are easily found as they are all
red with black
numerals - as stated on the above-mentioned diagrams.
The horizontal print, I/O and Power Supply Board are equipped with
green diodes which all confirm the function printed just at the side of
the relative diode on the circuit board.
3 diodes are placed in a separate group and mark the location of:
24 V control current
+5 V (1) supply voltage for µP
+5 V (2) supply voltage for µP
If the diode for 24 V control voltage does not light, change the 1A-
fuse F7, which is situated on the right side of the machine, next to
the socket for Multidoser. If the diode for the 24 V control voltage
lights, check that the diode for activating the relative function lights.
Assume, for example, that contact K2 does not function. The diode
for K2 lights = the fault is in the contact or in the connection from the
interface (with diode) to the contactor. If the diode does not light, the
fault is on the µP -board or the I/0 and Power Supply Board. Both
circuit boards are connected with plug and can quickly be changed.
First change I/O and the Power Supply Board.
