Fully retract the
rear axle stabilizers
and
hydraulic locking clamps
. This will be
indicated by the
warning triangle
returning to it’s down position.
Switch off the
PTO shaft
(where is fitted).
Once all checks have been completed it is safe to drive off.
4.5. Tipping a container
Drive the trailer to the place where the load has to be discharged, then the
telescopic
bumper
is mounted, it has to be slide into the short position.
CAUTION!
First check the overhang of the container.The operator must be sure that the
bottom edge of the container will not hit the ground when tipped.
During tipping the rear axle stabilizers must not be activated!
DANGER!
Never tip under the following circumstances:
•
the container is top – heavy on the front or on the side;
•
the load is frozen;
•
the ground is not in level or is slippery;
•
strong side winds;
Ensure nobody is staying in working area, at the back of the trailer. Keep the
safety distances clear.
It is forbidden to drive with tipped container.
Keep safety distance from electric wires.
In order to unload the material form the container you must perform the following
actions:
Open the gate of the container.
DANGER!
Never stand behind the container doors.
