Check the rollers fixing bolts (

Figure 13

).

Rollers fixing bolts

If any failure is detected, please fix it or contact the dealer the Stronga service

department.

Weekly inspection:

Visual check of all shafts for play.

Grease all necessary points (see

Table 8

).

Grease slide patches lightly. When trailer is working in sandy environment went

slide patches can not be greased.

Check brake operation.

Check wheel nuts, U bolts, towing eyelet bolts and drawbar rubber cushion bolts.

Check functionality of lighting and signaling system of the trailer.

Monthly inspection:

Wash the equipment thoroughly. If the equipment is working in dirty environment

washing should be performed more often. When HookLoada trailer will be

washed with a high pressure spray, prevent to spray on seals of the cylinders,

rotation points, valves and electrical elements. After cleaning grease all greasing

points.

Check all mechanical parts for damage and correct operation.
