How to Use This Guide
This guide provides information for selecting an appropriate location for the V650 Flex printer.
This guide also provides instructions for unpacking and preliminary set-up. Information of
particular importance is presented in one of three formats:

Decide where to install the printer based on the following:
1. Floor Surface
2. Space Requirements: See “Physical Specifications and Space Requirements” (page 3) .
3. Environmental Requirements: See “Environmental Requirements” (page 7) .
4. Electrical Requirements: See “Electrical Requirements” (page 9) .
5. LAN Requirements: See “LAN Requirements” (page 10) .

The V650 Flex printer does not have casters. Due to the size of the printer, a
forklift is required to move the system to an un-boxing location and to the final
selected installation site.
The V650 Flex printer requires a vibration-free, stable and level working surface
for installation. It must be a single slab of concrete without any seams between
any of the printer feet. The level surface must extend outside the printer and be
free of any bumps or dips so that a vat containing liquid resin can be wheeled in
and out of the lower chamber.
