Site Preparation Checklist
Electrical Installation Requirements
•
A dedicated outlet of 100-132 VAC~15-7A 50/60 Hz has been installed.
•
The grounded electrical outlet is within 2 meters (80 inches) of the printer.
•
The grounded electrical outlet is able to accept a US power cord plug.
•
If utilizing a LAN connection, the LAN connection is within 4 meters (14 feet) of the printer.
Environmental Requirements
•
The site’s environmental temperature is between 59°F to 72°F (15°C to 22°C).
•
The site’s environmental humidity is between 10% to 50%, non-condensing.
•
The site’s altitude does not exceed 6561.68 feet (2000 m).
•
The minimum floor to ceiling height (105 inches) has been met.
Required Installation Tasks
•
SolidView software has been installed on the user’s workstation PC.
•
The Welcome Kit and startup materials have been removed from the printer.
•
Resin has been ordered and is on-site, ready for installer use.
•
A ladder or scaffolding capable of 6 feet standing height and 250 lbs weight capacity is
available for installer use.
•
Finishing equipment for cleaning and curing of parts is on-site and ready for use.
Do not proceed with printer installation until a fully complete tools crib is present at the
customer site.
