6.6 Operating the footswitch

Two-pedal footswitch, wired

Two-pedal footswitch, wireless

1.

Press the left pedal for longer than 2 seconds.

ð

The irrigation flow starts with the preset value.

2.

Release the left pedal.

ð

The irrigation flow stops.

3.

Press the left pedal briefly.

ð

The irrigation flow is either increased or reduced, depending on the setting see
chapter

Setting the pedal control [p. 39].

4.

Press the right pedal.

ð

This speed varies depending on the pedal position.

ð

The handpiece is started and the pump runs with the defined irrigation flow rate.
