2. Tap the Arrow to expand the handpiece selection.
3. Select the desired handpiece.
ð The following message appears:
4. Put the ENDOMAT SELECT (UP220) into operation, see chapter Putting the pump into
operation [p. 25].
5. Tap the Arrow symbol again to collapse the handpiece selection.
ð
The selected handpiece appears as a presetting when the handpiece selection is
expanded again.
6. If a KARL STORZ pump is not being used, close the message.
ð

7. Put the pump used into operation.
8. Change the language, see chapter Setting the language [p. 37].
5.5 Putting the pump into operation
WARNING
Non-sterile product! Risk of infection!
Cartridges and tubes are not supplied sterile. The use of non-sterile products poses a risk of
infection for patients, users, and third parties.
Inspect the product for visible contamination before use.
Reprocess the product before initial use and before and after all subsequent applications.
Use validated methods.
Do not use contaminated products.
